Jarek's events offer music, group singing, and chanting around themes of spiritual awakening, realisation, enlightenment and liberation. These programs are contemporary and the content is very accessible. People who have no prior knowledge of awakening, meditation, or chanting often comment on how relaxed they feel after attending. It's a joyful experience, both energising and relaxing. People who have a spiritual background will notice that some of the themes resonate with aspects of Yoga, The Tao, Zen, Dzogchen, Advaita and Vedanta. Those who have some experience in meditation will appreciate the state of deep natural meditation that these programs evoke, even when the music is uptempo and energetic.

Music Meditations provide a blend of intuitive music and mantra chanting creating a sound environment that gives people an immersive experience of meditation, relaxation, or simply an uplifting ambience. jarek has performed intuitive music and music meditations with leading classical and world musicians including, Vinod Prasanna, master of the Indian bansuri flute virtuoso; Lulu Liu, virtuoso of the pipa (Chinese lute); Anne Norman, master of the Japanese Bamboo Flute; Wouter Kellernman, flautist and South African Music Award recipient; David Jones, drum and percussion virtuoso, and recipient of the Melbourne Music Award. Jarek's intuitive music and music meditations create a timeless ambiance and will transport you to divine states of being.
